Son Quest Youth Camp 2010 Branch Chapel Free Will Baptist August 1-6, 2010

 

We have been working very diligently to make youth camp a wonderful experience for campers and counselors. We trust that your child(ren) will plan to attend. We are looking forward to spending the week with them at Camp Vandemere.

 

We will leave for camp on Sunday, August 1, 2010 between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. Lunch will be provided at church for all campers so please come to church prepared to leave for camp.

 

We will be leaving camp to return home on Friday, August 6, 2010 around 10 am and we should arrive at church around 12:30-1:00 pm. Please have someone here to pick up your child.

 

We will stop for bathroom breaks going to camp and returning home, your child may need a small amount of money to purchase a soda or snack.

 

If your child takes, any medicines please bring the medications in the original container with written instructions as to when and how often the medication should be given. Please place in a zip lock bag with your child's name on the bag. This should be given to one of the counselors.

 

Please return your child(ren)'s application by May 16, 2010, so that we can properly prepare for counselors, activities, lessons, sleeping arrangements, food, etc.

 

We will be sending out Camper Guidelines and Rules of Conduct in the next few weeks.
