Newsletter Policy & Procedures

These procedures and policies are approved by the church and are for your convenience. They are subject to change and are listed here for informational purposes only. Please verify any requirements with those responsible to ensure compliance with the current procedure or policy.

  1. The purpose of "The Branch", the monthly newsletter of Branch Chapel FWB Church is to provide information on upcoming events and happening for the current month.
  2. Anyone who attends Branch Chapel FWB Church on a regular basis is permitted to submit church related items for the next months newsletter.
  3. All items must be submitted for inclusion for the next month's newsletter at least 1 week prior to the end of the previous month to ensure its addition.
  4. Only items associated directly with the church will be included in the newsletter. Branch Chapel recognizes that we are a part of the community in which we live, however, events that are not directly supported by the church will not be included in the church's newsletter.
    Examples are as follows: Fund raisers that are outside of the church or for other purposes than those that directly support the cause of Christ will not be included. These may include volunteer fire department fund raisers, March of Dimes, Relay for Life, or any other secular fund raisers. These are all good causes, but are not directly supported or endorsed by the church and do not support or promote the cause of Christ directly.
